Right now these would help generate power during peak times, hot days when everyone had their air conditioners on. It would be awesome if soon it was the other way around — primarily solar and a few coal/gas plants for when the sun goes down.

Apparently, a bill was signed by the Governor creating the Wisconsin Aerospace Authority. The agency would research creating a spaceport in Sheboygan, WI (pop. 50,000). Sheboygan is on the lake and is in restricted airspace, making rocket launches possible. It would be the only spaceport in the Midwest, if completed.
